Education
OISSE was formed under the belief
that community engagement activities act as powerful
learning tools for students in the health professions.
The Office stands to facilitate students to engage in
the Jesuit values of Creighton University while gaining
invaluable clinical skills. Besides offering student
experiences, OISSE offers distance learning
opportunities for students and professionals in the form
of on-line learning modules, a library of books
available to faculty and students, a database of on-line
readings, links to relevant websites and a student
orientation to be completed prior to experiences.
At this time, all of these
components are geared towards to Native American
Outreach. As materials are developed for the
International Outreach, they will be added. For
resources on the International Outreach please contact
Caroline Goulet at
cgoulet@creighton.edu.
