Institute Project Team

The Project Team consists of individuals within the Office of Interprofessional Scholarship, Service and Education (OISSE) within the Creighton University Medical Center School of Pharmacy and Health Professions. The Institute is made possible through finding from a Quentin N. Burdick Rural Interdisciplinary Training Grant HRSA #1D36HP03158 Circles of Learning Community and Clinic as Interdisciplinary Classroom.
